- I shall abide by all the provisions of the PGA and Government Act, statutes, ordinances, regulations, rules, orders, instructions, information, guidelines, manuals, codes, circulars, etc. in force and as amended from time to time (hereinafter jointly referred to as ‘’the Provisions’’). The management will be at liberty to impose any penalty or any disciplinary action(s) on me for being found guilty of any sort of misconduct, indiscipline, disobedience or malpractice within the precincts of Prime Accommodations, or any act which is detrimental to the interests of Prime Accommodations. In such a case, the management may discontinue my stay at Prime Accommodations, and I shall not be entitled to any refund of charges paid to Prime Accommodations. I shall also be liable to pay the pending fee, dues, penalties, etc.
- I shall not possess, use or deal with any kind of intoxicating material, including alcohol, drugs of any kind, gutka, tobacco, cigarettes, sheesha or any other sedative materials. On being found guilty, the management may take any disciplinary action(s), including rustication or expulsion, against me.
- A submeter will be installed for each room on the power plug to monitor and bill the electricity cost; however, for normal consumption of electricity (light, fan, mobile, laptop, charger), about 35–40 units will be given off to a room by Prime Accommodations, and extra costs on the room for other units will be charged.
- The price per unit is variable and will be decided by the management, and it should not be claimed at any cost.
- The minimum duration in the Prime Accommodations will be two months.
- Rs. 2000 will be taken as a registration fee (non-refundable) at the time of admission to the hostel.
- If the resident does not notice one month earlier before leaving the hostel, in this case, security of Rs. 10,000 will not be refunded to him.
- Security will be refundable only to those residents who give one month notice prior to vacate the hostel or give one month rent.
- If a resident stays extra days after the due date, Rs 1000/- will be charged for each extra day.
- Monthly electricity charges will be taken from every resident who has registered here, whether he is living or not in the hostel.
- If anyone cancels his booking after reserving the seat, security will not refund it to him.
- If Admin notices any resident vacate the hostel for any reason, security will return to him.
- The rent will be increased by 10% annually, and I will follow all the rules levied by the management of Prime Accommodations.
- I shall not possess, use or abet the use of any kind of weapon, including sticks, rods, explosives, firework or any such material, and on being found guilty, the management may take disciplinary action(s), including rustication or expulsion, against me.
- I shall be liable to pay for any damage caused by me to the property of Prime Accommodations, either alone or jointly with others, and face disciplinary action.
- I shall not allow any unauthorized person to enter or stay in my room.
- I am giving this undertaking with full understanding and state that the information given by me above is true and complete to the best of my knowledge and belief.
- I have read all the rules, and I will abide by them whatever the circumstances.
