Code of Conduct & Policies

By staying at Prime Accommodations, the resident confirms acceptance of all hostel rules and regulations.

1. Financial Policies & Admissions

Minimum Stay: The minimum stay duration at Prime Accommodations is two (2) months.
Fees & Deposits: A non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 3,000/- is required at admission. The security deposit is Rs. 15,000/- for female residents and Rs. 10,000/- for male residents.
Cancellations: If a resident cancels their booking after reserving a seat, the initial deposit shall not be refunded.
Annual Increment: Hostel rent shall be increased by 10% annually. All residents must comply with updated rules.

2. Electricity Usage

Sub-Meters: A separate sub-meter is installed for each room. Prime Accommodations provides 10 free electricity units per person.
Unit Charges: Units consumed beyond the free limit are charged at the applicable rate (Currently Rs. 80/unit. Rate is variable and may be revised by Management without prior objection).
Applicability: Monthly electricity charges shall be applicable to every registered resident, regardless of whether the resident is physically staying in the hostel or not.

3. Moving Out & Notice Period

One Month Notice: If a resident wishes to leave, one month prior notice must be given. Failure to do so will result in non-refundable security, unless one month's rent is paid in lieu of notice.
Overstaying: If a resident stays beyond the due date, an additional charge of Rs. 1,200/- per extra day shall be applied.
Admin Eviction: If the Administration asks a resident to vacate for any reason, the security deposit shall be returned, subject to the clearance of any outstanding dues.

4. Discipline & Conduct

Misconduct: Management reserves the right to impose penalties or take disciplinary action (including rustication or expulsion) against any resident involved in misconduct, disobedience, or rule violations. The resident must clear any pending fees or penalties.
Prohibited Substances: Residents are strictly prohibited from possessing or using intoxicating substances including alcohol, drugs, gutka, tobacco, cigarettes, sheesha, or any sedatives.
Weapons: Strict prohibition on possessing, using, or supporting weapons including sticks, rods, explosives, fireworks, or dangerous materials.
Property Damage: Any damage caused by a resident to the property, individually or jointly, shall be compensated by the resident along with disciplinary action.
Unauthorized Guests: Residents shall not allow any unauthorized person to enter or stay in their room without prior permission from Management.
